This point is incredibly alarming. DJT’s unwillingness to hold Russia accountable is in fact hastening the decline of America’s influence. Whatever our personal politics, being in the heart of a declining empire is cause for great concern. As a Somalia refugee who found refuge in the US, I cannot express how upset it makes me that we are actively engineering the demise of our empire and our planet.
